Cultivation Experts, LLC must be approved for a special use permit and license from the City then retain a license from the Cannabis Control Commission before operations can commence.

Managing partner of the company Stephen Farr states that “We are very excited to be working with the City of Worcester and partnering with local companies and investors in building this facility. We plan on turning this company and this building into something the residents here can be proud of.”

Cultivation Experts, LLC is entirely Massachusetts-resident owned. The company is expected to create up to 15 jobs in this facility within the first year.

The company is seeking qualified investors to partner in further expansion.
